Audrey Ramsey, born and raised in Chattanooga, TN, has dedicated her life to the advocacy of good will towards all humans and various cultures. Her career in journalism and corporate marketing enabled her to take leadership roles in philanthropic projects supported by her employers who supported humanitarian causes with missions to uplift children and protect the environment.
Over the years, she has served on various boards such as the Tulsa YWCA, Nashville YWCA, The Chattanooga Girls Club, now known as Girls Inc., AmeriCorps volunteer of Nashville, a volunteer/member of Leadership Tulsa, and past volunteer and corporate representative for the Hamilton County Adopt-a-School program in addition to her career as broadcaster and executive marketer and adjunct professor. Audrey is a graduate of Brainerd High School and holds an associate degree in journalism from Chattanooga State Community College, B.S. in Mass Communications from the University of TN at Knoxville and an M.A. Degree in Education from the University of Phoenix. She is a retiree of Conoco/Phillips and DuPont and spent the early parts of her career as a broadcast journalist with WRCB-TV Chattanooga.

where she attended Eastdale Elementary, Dalewood Junior High and Brainerd High class of ’74, Deborah worked as the Assistant
to the Vice President for Student Affairs, and retired after 33 years of service.
As a Student Affairs practitioner, she served as an Advisor to Miss TSU and Her Court for 20 years, served as advisor of Student Government Association 20 years, advisor to the University’s New Direction Gospel Choir for nine years, coordinator for the Leadership TSU Program, and a Assistant Director to the Study Abroad Program eight years.
Deborah began her involvement
with the Miss America Organization over 20 years ago as chaperone/hostess. She is now and Independent Wellness Advocate with DoTerra Essential Oils.
Watson finds joy in activities such as SCUBA diving, Whitewater rafting, Skiing, Snowmobiling, Glamping, and Belly Dancing. Shetook the challenge of SCUBA diving in 1991 from Dr. Herman Beasley, Master Diver. Watson, who is an advanced open-water
along with Beasley, is a part of the TABS Tennessee Association of Black SCUBA Divers. (which worked with TAP in its inception)
Gladys Mance is a resident of Chattanooga Tennessee.
Gladys received a BS in education from the University of Memphis.
As a Social Worker, Gladys is always on the move both professionally and personally.

Greg Gill, born and raised in Seattle, Washington is driven by a strong desire to create positive change and is connected to his community.

University and a Master of Arts degree in Security Management from American Military

University and a Master of Arts degree in Security Management from American Military University, Greg possesses the knowledge
and skills necessary to excel in both his professional and personal pursuits.
Greg’s 32-year professional career spans a diverse knowledge-based background which includes serving both in uniform and as
a civilian. As a retired Special Agent from the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, he has contributed to the protection of our
national security.
His extensive travel experiences exposed him to diverse cultures and perspectives, enriching his ability to connect with individuals from all backgrounds. His dedication and excellence have been recognized through prestigious awards, including the US Department of State Superior Honor Award and multiple US Department of Navy Meritorious Civilian Service Awards.
Alongside his professional endeavors, Greg is an avid scuba diver and a member of regional and national scuba diving associations. His commitment to safety and well-being is exemplified by his attainment of multiple scuba diving and water safety instruction certifications.
Greg cherishes his role as a proud father and
grandfather, and enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Madeline, their children, and grandchildren.

Through her work in law enforcement and the tragedy that impacted her personal life, she has helped a multitude with healing and finding peace in their lives.

Through her work in law enforcement and the tragedy that impacted her personal life, she has helped a multitude with healing and finding peace in their lives.
For twenty-five years, she served the community as a Crime Scene Investigator in the Special Investigation Division of the DeKalb County Police Department and five years as a Public Education Specialist with DeKalb County Fire Rescue in Atlanta, Georgia. She was also a police recruit for the City of Atlanta Personnel Department.
She attended DeKalb Perimeter College, Georgia Public Safety Training Center, The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Citizen’s Academy, and the Rockdale County Sheriff’s Citizen’s Academy. She worked as
Project Coordinator the Meth-Project Narcotics Division Rockdale County Sheriff’s Office.
