The mission of CAP & PD is to provide aid and support to young people within the Chattanooga Metropolitan area by means of connecting them to swim classes, scuba classes, diving, and nature. CAP & PD hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including fundraising galas, community outreach events, and volunteer opportunities.
